The Senior Analyst, Marketing Enablement contributes to improving Marketing performance through clearly defined offers, pricing and tools strategies. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for coordinating across multiple departments to ensure successful implementation of Marketing offers and pricing changes and ensure all impacted departments have the details/reporting they need to effectively implement, sell, and handle customers impacted by these initiatives. Act as the advocate for the increased utilization of database marketing principals and platforms (i.e. adoption of a data-driven marketing culture). Utilize all available and necessary database marketing tools, techniques and software solutions to create an enterprise-wide approach toward data-driven decision making. Drive Marketing enablement for all marketing departments and sales channels.

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Execution of Marketing Enablement, Pricing Strategies, Performance and Business Development initiatives.

Utilize tools, and strategies, to interpret the strategic directive by accurately capturing target audiences, validating scenarios, and analyze customer files.

Coordinate with cross functional departments to effectively implement and market new offers. This includes understanding the following departmental functions: Revenue and Forecast, Offer Management, Billing Operations, Customer Service, Direct Sales, Outbound Telemarketing, Direct Marketing, Inbound Sales and Online Purchasing.

Implement marketing, and technical, processes to achieve operational efficiencies and maximize customer growth.

Create reports that support performance measurements, opportunity sizing and various Marketing Enablement initiatives.

Collaborate with Marketing Analytics, Sales and Billing Strategy to identify, develop and implement support mechanisms for sales enablement and marketing of complete services portfolio.

Provide regular updates on key sales enhancing programs including recurring reporting as well as written and oral presentations.

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Advanced skills with SQL
Experience with ETL, Alteryx and other database management tools
Knowledge of marketing database (CRM) structure, tools, and strategies
Ability to analyze and interpret data and continually evolve based on key learnings

Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
Ability to maintain confidentiality (and honor all Charter customer privacy requirements)
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and handle shifting priorities
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
Good Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
Working knowledge of key customer analysis tools and solutions
Project management experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Information Systems, Management or a related discipline of study AND OR equivalent experience.

Related Work Experience
SQL Developer/Alteryx/ETL/Other data management tools; 3+ years
Direct marketing and/or database marketing experience; 2+ years
project management experience; 2+ years
Cable industry experience; Desired
Experience with Cable Billing and Sales Enablement Systems; Desired
Experience managing cross-functional teams; Desired
