The Highlights

The Enterprise Account Manager is a field sales position, selling voice, data, cloud and video services. In this role, you will be responsible for the upsell of services to existing clients, the renewal and retention of new clients and win-back of former clients. The position will focus on establishing long-term client relationships.
What you will do
  • Grow key relationships to support the fast-growing business
  • Cultivate new opportunities with former clients
  • Develop client-centric solutions highlighting product benefits
  • Facilitate face-to-face meetings to pursue renewal opportunities
  • Deliver proposals to promote new revenue
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue quotas
  • Maintain client database
  • Work in conjunction with Account Management, Sales Engineering and Marketing
  • Build network through referrals, prospecting calls, trade shows and peers
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions
  • Carry out other duties as needed

Required keys for success
  • Two or more years of business-to-business account management or sales experience
  • Skilled in quickly conducting consultative analysis and providing recommendations
  • Proven record as top sales performer, exceeding revenue quota
  • Collaborative team member, able to multitask and manage change
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS/CSG or other billing systems
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Visio
  • Effective communication skills

  • Two or more years of experience selling data, voice, cloud or video solutions
  • Positive attitude with strong presentation skills
  • Deadline-driven in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Motivated by commission-based model
  • Coachable with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with product suite, business software, hardware and intranet

Your education
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field (preferred)
