Shift Requirement: Saturday - Wednesday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
This position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with implementing corporate IT initiatives that support the strategy and goals of the corporation. Assists with the implementation of new technologies and tools to improve the organization's internal operations and data delivery. Assists with managing the organization in the deployment. Responsible for providing direction and leadership, hiring, training, development, and performance management of the IT team.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Assists with implementing IT plans according to the IT and corporate strategies.
  • Assists with managing the maintenance and enhancement of hardware and software systems that support field business applications and local area networks/wide area networks (LAN/WAN) for employees.
  • Assists IT staff to ensure uninterrupted IT network support at maximum performance.
  • Ensures compliance with IT standards, policies and procedures.
  • May complete product research, recommendation, and installation of software, hardware, and supplemental network components.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency with Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of computer and/or network systems, applications, procedures and techniques
  • Experience leading others and providing constructive feedback
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Ability to learn and support new systems and applications

Required Education
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience

IT work experience - 1-3 yrs


Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Supervisory or leadership experience - 1+ yr
