Take Javier. Originally from Venezuela, he traveled to the U.S. on a cruise in 2013. He fell in love and decided to stay. That’s when Javier joined Spectrum as a Customer Care Representative at a Customer Call Center outside of St. Louis. He quickly progressed to a Manager while earning a college degree with the help of Spectrum’s Education Assistance program. Today, he is a call center Director and has used Spectrum’s Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement program to adopt his first child, Sabastian.
