Spectrum is proud to provide essential services to our customers. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic we have maintained a number of operational guidelines which were developed in accordance with CDC guidance and local and state health and safety requirements.
What will the interview and onboarding process be like during this time?
For onsite events and interviews, candidates will complete the visitor check in process including the health and vaccination questions. Anyone who is experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms will need to reschedule their interview. Those who are fully vaccinated are able to remove their face coverings (where state or local law allows). Those who are not, will need to wear a face covering until they are seated for their interview, where the Spectrum employee will sit more than 6 feet away.
In addition to in person interviews, we have virtual mobile recruiting tools that allow us to meet new candidates by video as well. For more information on our application process and procedures, please visit our application process page.
What operational procedures has Spectrum put in place to promote employee safety?
When you report to work in a Spectrum facility or in the field, you will be asked to follow these guidelines. These same guidelines apply to contractors, vendors and visitors.
Daily Health Check-ins
Each employee is expected to complete a quick health check before coming to work using our “Know Before You Go” app. Anyone who is experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms are told to stay home.
Face coverings are required in the workplace and in the field for employees who are not fully vaccinated. Employees who are fully vaccinated are not required to wear a face covering (where state or local law allows) provided they share proof of vaccination on an internal application.
We maintain a variety of means to ensure individuals who are not fully vaccinated can maintain a 6 feet of social distance from others. Additionally, there is signage throughout the office to help maintain distance especially in high traffic areas like building entrances, elevators, conference rooms and cafeterias.
Cleaning schedules have been increased at all offices and buildings across the country.
Hand sanitizer and disinfecting products are provided throughout offices and workspaces.
