Andrew K. - Intern, IT: It's not a cookie cutter position. Spectrum doesn't want robots.

Lauren L.: A lot of companies will have interns file or go get coffee, and that's not at all what I've done.

Andrew K.: I was able to come up with my own idea of something that I was able to pitch and actually lead my own project.

Brianna M.: I've been able to use a lot of different skills on a lot of different platforms. It's been a really good time and a really good experience.

Dominika B.: This happens to be a paid internship, which I was very grateful for.

Rhys B.: I constantly get packages that I'm not expecting. One pack, it was full of cookies.

Lauren L.: Another perk, I think, is just a lot of the professional development. You get to hear from top professionals at Spectrum.

Brianna M.: Hearing them talk about their experiences, how they took advantage of opportunities in college, and how they relate those to their work at Spectrum was super exciting.

Lauren L.: We also did a resume and LinkedIn critique. They're trying to develop you for your future. It's really about the interns and making them the best that they could be.

Anusha B.: Want to get the most out of Spectrum Internship Program? Be open to new challenges and never ever hesitate to ask questions.

Andrew K.: You really work hard and you show your engagement. You talk to people and you connect. You're going to get a lot out of this experience.
