This two-year educational and mentorship initiative is designed for rising college juniors with financial need from underrepresented populations. Each of the 20 scholars will explore an internship, benefit from the guidance of a mentor and receive the opportunity to pursue a $20,000 scholarship.

Participants must currently be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; be a rising junior (current sophomore) or above; and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Yes, every intern has a mentor whom they can connect with regarding day-to-day responsibilities. Mentors will monitor progress and daily performance in addition to delivering and overseeing department-related project.
