This two-year educational and mentorship initiative is designed for rising college juniors with financial need. Scholars will explore an internship, benefit from the guidance of a mentor and receive the opportunity to pursue a $20,000 scholarship.

Participants must currently be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; be a rising junior (current sophomore) or above; and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
What is the length of the internship program?
Our summer program lasts 10 weeks.
Is this a paid internship?
Yes, pay is based on class ranking, job type and market data.
Will I have a mentor?
Yes, every intern has a mentor whom they can connect with regarding day-to-day responsibilities. Mentors will monitor progress and daily performance in addition to delivering and overseeing department-related project.
Are there opportunities for a full-time offer following the program?
Yes. Here at Spectrum we strongly believe in developing university-level talent, if you work hard, show enthusiasm and make the most of your internship, we would love to consider you for a full-time role.
