We are excited to recognize Natalie, a Director who sits in our St. Louis office, as our December Employee Spotlight. We recently had the chance to chat with Natalie about her time here at Spectrum.

How long have you worked at Spectrum, and what do you do with us?
I’ve worked at Spectrum for over three years, and I’ve been in my current role for two of those years. I am on the Procurement team, where I support the IT organization with hardware and software contract negotiations and vendor management.

What do you like about your current role?
I am driven by opportunities that challenge me to provide positive impacts to the business and my stakeholders. This role allows me to work on complex, strategic initiatives where I can deliver significant value. I am fortunate to sit in St. Louis with many of the IT leaders and their teams. The environment is very fast-paced and innovative as we support the ever-changing world of technology.

What is your team here at Spectrum like?
I am privileged to have colleagues from all different lines of business across Spectrum and consistently find that they are highly motivated, innovative professionals that strive to provide excellence to both our internal and external customers.

How do you feel Spectrum is making a difference?
Volunteering is a huge part of my life outside of work so I am also proud to be part of a company that supports improving the communities and impacting lives where our customers live and work.
