We are excited to recognize Holly, a Director of Commercial Product at Spectrum, as our July Employee Spotlight. We recently had the chance to chat with Holly and learn about her journey and growth at Spectrum.

What does your team do at Spectrum?
Our team is responsible for the product management of Spectrum’s core Voice products, including Residential Voice and Business Voice.

How long have you been with Spectrum?
I've been with Spectrum for over 12 years, and joined the product organization in Denver at the end of 2016. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to lead integration efforts and the day-to-day management of our Voice products. 

What’s it like to work at Spectrum?
Spectrum is a collaborative, fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Spectrum provides great employee benefits, and my colleagues are motivated, results-orientated, collaborative, and funny!
