SPECTRUM EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: TIFF

We are excited to recognize Tiff, Manager of Strategic Sales Engineering for Strategic/National Sales with Spectrum Enterprise, as our Employee Spotlight. Tiff leads a team out of Maitland, Florida, and she recently shared some thoughts about her experience at Spectrum Enterprise.

What is your role here in Spectrum Enterprise?
My team supports the Spectrum Enterprise Sales Engineering organization. We provide our clients with technical support and strategic consultations pre- and post-sales. This includes demonstrating how our innovative solutions can support their most complex technology and communications requirements, now and as they continue to grow.

What motivated you to become part of the Spectrum Enterprise team?
Spectrum Enterprise provides stability in an evolving market. I've been here for three years, first as a Sales Engineer, and now for over a year and a half in my current role as a Sales Engineering Manager.

What do you think about your work environment?
The culture here is very positive, and my team is full of driven, passionate, resilient people who really care about what we do. I have a true passion for technology, and it is so rewarding enhancing clients’ working environments to help them reach their full potential.

Over the past three years, as I have watched Spectrum Enterprise advance as a leader in technology, I have also had the opportunity to participate in programs like Spectrum Community Impact, where we can help our neighbors and become leaders in the local community.

How do you see your future at Spectrum Enterprise?
I see clear opportunities for professional growth here. I have leaders who believe in me, who help me develop my talents and provide career development opportunities for my team. They continue to empower us to succeed in whichever direction we want to go.
