Our Network Operations team is responsible for the delivery of essential products and services to our customers.
We plan, deploy and operate the network infrastructure, including the national backbone, regional core and access networks, voice and video networks, application platforms, wireless, national and regional data centers, headends, and hubs – all critical components for delivering an enhanced customer experience.
We are a talented team of experts deploying technology solutions to prevent, detect and resolve network disturbances before customer impact. Our roles span across multiple functions, from engineers to project managers to finance to human resources, all of whom are passionate and dedicated to delivering a positive customers experience.
What is the Future Leader Program?
The Spectrum Inside Plant Future Leaders program offers participants valuable hands-on experience to jumpstart their careers in Network Operations. This immersive learning program provides real-world projects and problem-solving opportunities that support professional development for participants. Individuals selected for this program will join a highly skilled group of engineers tasked with maintaining our plant infrastructure that delivers, Phone, Internet and TV services to our customers.
How it works
Over the course of 18 months, participants will gain valuable on-the-job experiences through 3 six-month rotations experiencing functions across various market areas. The rotational assignments may include also opportunities across a number of Spectrum business areas:
Field Operations
Customer Operations
Business Planning
Field Engineering
You will have the opportunity to lead various projects as well as collaborate with Spectrum business leaders.

What it takes to get started
The qualified individual for this role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and/or equivalent industry experience, a minimum of 5 years engineering experience and 5 years supervisory experience.
