BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
You increase leads and opportunity conversion rates. You lead routing, analysis, list development and overall campaign management. You provide actionable insights through intelligence gathering and verification of products and sales. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Partner with the analytics team to develop campaign targeting lists to boost conversion rates.
Conduct analyses of campaigns and use automation tools to optimize campaigns.
Drive the lead routing process by analyzing lead and opportunity conversion rates and lead performance.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely payments are distributed to clients and coordinate with account executives to update the client database.
Work with Sales Operations teams to maintain and update territory assignments.
Create campaign support materials, campaign inventory and sales communications while providing enablement portal maintenance.
Improve campaigns though information needs identification for the team and evaluation of campaign performances.
Assist with the creation of internal enablement materials.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: Two or more years of enablement marketing and data analysis experience; Two or more years of experience with Salesforce.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, a related field or equivalent experience. Technical skills: Extensive experience with marketing enablement automation tools, such as Eloqua; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills: English communication skills.
Abilities: Analytical mindset.
