BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

You lead a team of Territory Management Analysts and work with all levels of Sales leadership. You review the requirements, documentation and data integrity of sales CRM tools and GEMS lead routing processes. 

WHAT OUR TERRITORY MANAGMENT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

  • Perform daily review and auditing of Sales ROE compliance.
  • Ensure accurate client information by creating new billing accounts in Salesforce.
  • Enhance the sales process through effective communication with leaders and business partners.
  • Recommend improvements to the territory management experience for sales representatives and leaders.
  • Manage the development, balancing and maintenance of midmarket and strategic territories and modules for all Sales roles.
  • Optimize market coverage through territory design recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: One or more years of experience administering geography-based sales territories; Three or more years of Salesforce experience; Five or more years of leadership experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with territory optimization software; Understanding of CRM systems administration; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Knowledgeable of U.S. geography and demographics; English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Expert in managing projects for internal clients and developing relationships with leaders.
  • Travel: Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strategic thinker and future-focused on sales distribution strategy and territory methodology.
  • Experience creating and implementing standard territory analytics
