This is an onsite position 

$20.00/hour - (ON SITE)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights and weekends
  • Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ months of billing customer support experience; 1+ year heavy volume phone experience in a call center or customer service capacity
  • Technical Skills: MS Office, computer skills
  • Skills: Communication, organization, time management, typing, customer service
  • Abilities: Problem-solving, professionalism, multi-tasking, resilience
