Responsibilities
Do you want to partner with wholesale clients and guide them through the selection of a comprehensive portfolio of solutions? You can do that. Ready to use your technical expertise to develop relationships with new wholesale Carrier organizations? As a Senior Carrier Account Executive at Spectrum Enterprise, you can do that.

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
You partner with ILEC, MSO, CLEC and other wholesale clients to meet their complex technology and communication needs. After completing our award-winning training, you proactively pursue new enterprise accounts while developing an existing portfolio.
WHAT OUR CARRIER ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES ENJOY MOST
- Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
- Design and implement cross-functional account development plans for an existing book of business.
- Consult with new carrier accounts to solve complex business issues with telecommunication solutions.
- Work with Network Sales Engineers to create network designs and technical proposals.
- Foster long-term professional relationships with carriers and integrators.
- Qualify leads through the submission of ROI and accompanying analyses.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Three or more years of carrier and wholesale sales experience and major accounts experience with success as a top performer.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of broadband technology, telecommunications practices, network security and redundancy; Advanced knowledge of information system protocols, such as SONET, ATM, Ethernet, Frame, MPLS and TCP/IP; Familiar with Salesforce; Proficient with Microsoft Office. - Skills: Network building, negotiation, critical thinking, issue resolution and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to maintain client and company confidentiality.
- Travel: Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver’s license.
