Responsibilities

At Spectrum Business we help business clients reach their boldest ambitions. As a part of the Sales Operations team, you’ll gain extensive knowledge about the latest in telecom. This information will help simplify client experiences as you solve their technology needs and develop contracts for them. Our innovative portfolio includes fiber Internet access, Ethernet, managed network, managed security, managed Wi-Fi services, and Enterprise Voice and TV solutions.

The Client Services Manager IV is an expert position which works with high monthly revenue clients, larger employee counts, and advanced levels of IT and billing resources. The Client Services Manager is highly collaborative with great leadership skills which will be displayed as you work face to face with assigned clientele and various internal teams, working to improve the life cycle of clients. This role will also require technical aptitude.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Telecommunications, client service, and or sales experience (5+ years)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, CRM tools
- Skills: Communication, project management, collaboration, sales, management
- A Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record is required

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.
The base pay for this position generally is between $91,200.00 and $163,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $72,000.
