BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
You craft and lead enablement strategies from ideation through final reporting. You promote enablement programs throughout the organization by collaborating with senior leadership and boundary partners to incorporate targeted strategies in the Reseller, Agent, System Integrator and Carrier Sales Channels.You complete projects within an office environment through decisive leadership and the coordination of internal and external resources.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Lead a cross-functional enablement team to manage multiple enablement programs from inception through final reporting.
Develop, maintain and communicate enablement programs for all products, offers and geographic areas while managing change control.
Collaborate with business leaders to determine target strategies and schedules.
Strategize and implement programs to increase sales and analyze campaign performance across key metrics.

Track response and conversion to create a budget that helps compare ROI to cost per connect.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: Eight or more years of enablement or marketing experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, a related field or equivalent experience. Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills: Strong prioritization, organizational presentation and English communication skills.
Abilities: Experience managing all phases of multiple projects independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data to make recommendations.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in a related field.
Knowledge of telecommunications products.
