You ensure effective and successful budgets, forecasts, headcount and quota development and management. You lead a team of analysts through detailed auditing. You lead a team of analysts supporting sales insights and completedetailed auditing, compliance, reporting and process improvements. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Provide insights and action-oriented next steps associated with compliance, auditing and revenue opportunities.
Own budget, forecasting, headcount, and quota management for sales organization.
Create and implement a roadmap to ensure effective data integration, management and analytics maturity.
Develop reporting to scope projects for business leadership with benefits analyses.
Measure and track the performance of channel participation and usage for referrals, campaigns and products.
Improve data integrity and sourcing by operationalizing data with business execution systems.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: Eight years of business experience working within a marketing, sales, business intelligence or strategic planning function of a large organization; Ten or more years of industry experience building or implementing insights and prescriptive analytics solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in statistics, marketing, management, finance, MIS, mathematics, research or economics. Technical skills: Knowledge of marketing and sales channel principles and processes; Experience developing dashboards across various tools; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills: Organizational, presentation and English communication skills.
Abilities: Aptitude for analyzing business trends and performance measurement.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
Five plus year's experience in forecasting/budgeting and developing executive level presentations.
Five plus year's experience in extracting business insights on leading/lagging indicators to explain results.
Strong skills in data visualization to simplify stories and provide awareness on strengths/weakness.
