BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
You craft enticing written narratives and visual content for client sales proposals, RFPs and bids. Using a high degree of autonomy, you write, edit and coordinate complex opportunities within the Sales Offer Management (SOM) team. You research, evaluate and create sales information within an office environment interacting with teams in person and digitally.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Coordinate high-level, customized strategic responses and respond to bids within scope and field of operations.
Write narratives and develop templates for RFPs and develop and maintain a database of responses.
Support sales teams with textual input, addressing, packaging, copying materials and completing forms.
Assign sections, questions or technical specifications to knowledgeable team members.
Verify that the final content for submissions is grammatically correct and formatted consistently.
Provide status and metric reporting on key performance indicators.
Track and report on client account trends for leadership to leverage.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: Seven or more years of experience related to technical RFPs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Technical skills: Track record of developing bid responses; Understanding of Spectrum Business organization, processes and systems.
Skills: Solid organizational, leadership, interpersonal and English communication skills.
Abilities: Able towork in a challenging, fast-paced environment under tight time constraints.
Preferred qualifications:
PMP certification.
