As a Call Center Sales – DSC Specialist you’re responsible for handling calls and online chat interactions from new and existing customers to maximize their shopping experience. In this role you’ll be expected to uncover needs and wants by engaging in a consultative sales approach in the spirit of giving our prospects the best value. Through our comprehensive training program, you will gain a mastery of our products and services to maximize your potential, and the experience for our customers. Responsibilities
Are you passionate about turning potential into performance? As a Digital Sales Specialist, you'll leverage your skills to handle inbound sales contacts via calls, chats, and emails. You'll acquire new customers and upsell additional products and services to our existing clients. Your expertise will drive sales growth, contribute to our success, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maximize Your Sales Potential: Consistently achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales goals using your effective selling techniques.
- Become a Product Expert: Master order processing, understand all products and services, and stay informed about competitors to effectively promote and compare offerings.
- Transform Customer Experiences: Support and enhance customer satisfaction with professionalism and courtesy, keeping people connected to what matters most.
- Efficient Sales Handling: Promptly and efficiently manage inbound sales contacts, meeting all call handling metrics.
- Normal office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven sales techniques with consistent achievement of sales goals
- Knowledge of cable products and services (TV, internet, telephone)
- Proficiency with computers and billing software
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- 2+ years call center sales experience.
