As a Call Center Sales – DSC Specialist you’re responsible for handling calls and online chat interactions from new and existing customers to maximize their shopping experience. In this role you’ll be expected to uncover needs and wants by engaging in a consultative sales approach in the spirit of giving our prospects the best value. Through our comprehensive training program, you will gain a mastery of our products and services to maximize your potential, and the experience for our customers. Required Qualifications
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of cable products and services (TV, internet, telephone)
  • Proficiency with computers and billing software
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years call center sales experience.
