  • Have a Bite. We have an on-site café with a variety of food options open every day. We also have vending machines on site with food and snacks stocked regularly. Starting right outside our door and within walking distance there is a selection of food providers and restaurants that range from quick fare to gourmet cuisine. It’s a delicious way to experience some local flavor.

  • Take a Break. We have an onsite game room with a variety of video games, a pool table, and air hockey. Games are rotated on a schedule to make sure we keep it interesting. We also have an internet hotspot lounge where you can relax in a quiet atmosphere during your breaks.

  • Grow With Us. We have career progression and career development programs at our Flushing Center to help you reach your goals. Approximately, 10% of our call center representatives were promoted last year. There are also a wide range of internal opportunities available within a short distance of our site for those who would like to use their skills to support another part of Spectrum.

We have formal monthly, quarterly, and annual awards, along with campaign-related, ad-hoc, on-the-spot, service anniversary, and appreciation awards.   •  Choose Your Mass Transit. Our site is in walking distance to over 30 bus lines, the LIRR, and the #7 subway. For those who drive, street parking and a company-paid indoor lot are available

  • Caring for Our Community. The great people in Flushing give to others. We sponsor humanitarian efforts that support people in need and our military servicemen and servicewoman. In addition, our Spectrum Housing Assist program volunteers have helped build four houses for people in need over the past few years. Way to go, team
