The sky’s the limit in Denver.
With over 5,000 employees, there are plenty of talented teams and brilliant ideas inside our fast-paced Denver campus. This isn’t just our tech hub. It’s also the largest Spectrum campus in the nation, so you can be sure you’ll have the tools and resources to really make an impact. A role here means you can join in our vision to bring people together – along with all the other great opportunities this city has to offer.
Our campus connects us – to great work and each other
Across five buildings, our Denver location includes modern workspaces and amenities – including a 24/7 fitness center, wellness rooms and an urban market food hall. The campus makes fantastic use of the surrounding area, with outdoor courtyard spaces and the nearby Marjorie Park. Plus, our main Spectrum Plaza Building makes use of green practices and is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified. Just southeast of our campus is the Charter Technology & Education Center (CTEC), with more ways to help us develop ideas and build toward our future.

Accessibility Center of Excellence
The teams in our Accessibility Center of Excellence (ACE) are working across all our business units to design and deliver quality experiences for people of all abilities. That means making tech accessible for all people – including customers and employees.
Petr Kucheryavyy: Hi, my name is Petr Kucheryavyy and I'm a senior manager on the accessibility team here at Spectrum. My role internally is to connect with business partners across Spectrum and really develop a business case for why accessibility matters. And so that's really exciting because it's an educational component that I get to bring in and also change the way that our culture looks and feels internally as it relates to people with disabilities. Externally, I get to connect with business partners and stakeholders in the communities that we serve, like advocacy groups for the blind, for the hearing impaired, for autism. And you really name it across the disability spectrum. And learn from them, how can we be delivering our products and services better? And also bringing our latest feature and product builds to them and demonstrating what we've been able to accomplish and allow our customers to feel like they are apart of that process.
The inclusive environment that we've been able to foster here, it just makes me feel welcomed. You can notice that at the fuel bar, there is braille set up all around so that if you're grabbing a Nespresso pod or wanting to pull a kombucha tap that you knowing which one you're pulling, because it's got the right labels on it. And it's just a really inviting atmosphere and inviting atmospheres that make you feel like you're at home and you're comfortable. I think really bring out the best of what you're capable of offering.
Inventing what’s next
We’re supporting our ambitious people in bringing their inventions and products to life. That even includes the chance to get backing to patent your idea. Who knows? Maybe one day, your hard work will end up on our Patent Wall.
Our teams are looking toward the future and focused on our biggest goals. With 10 gigabit symmetrical broadband speeds – better known as 10G™ Internet – we’ll offer faster, more reliable connections than ever. And it’s the driven people inside our Denver office that are helping to revolutionize our network.
Tom R.: 10G is really the industry name for the future of what our cable network will be. We've been building cable and upgrading cable for over 40 years. 10G is our upgrade approach to where we're taking the network. As we go down the road as a company and as an industry, we're going to help people manage their digital lives, their connected lives, through our network. When I looked down the road 5 or 10 years from now, I think we continue to evolve and get the capacity out of our network that it's inherently capable of delivering, and we're going to take it up to 10 gigs symmetrical. If you just look at the use of data by consumers through time and projected forward, we're going to have to do that.
So, we're going to get there. And what are the products going to look like? Hard to say. They're going to be created by innovative people, but consumers are going to consume media, they're going to consume information, they're going to communicate using high-capacity networks and we're going to deliver them.
