Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
The primary focus of this position is purchase and logistics of production network equipment, along with communicating status of projects to internal stakeholders. The NOA (Network Operations Analyst) supports the data and business analysis needs of Technology Operations. Utilizes understanding of both business process and intermediate technical capabilities of industry standard tools used to provide analytical insights. Possesses intermediate knowledge in the business unit(s) they support, as well as an intermediate level understanding of the Technology Operations systems and capabilities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides business analysis and support for Technology Operations: Generate sometimes complex ad hoc reports along with creation and presentation of quality dashboards that provide operational visibility to the business unit(s).
- Develops high quality graphs, reports, and presentations of data results. Perform statistical analyses for Technology Operations business unit(s).
- Analyzes business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
- Inventory Management including tracking pending inventory events, current inventory, and forecasted inventory needs analysis.
- Partners with Access Capacity and Business planning to validate ordering and receipt of hardware for deployment.
- Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in sometimes complex data sets. Present standard data sets and information in an understandable and compelling manner
- Performs special projects as needed and other duties as requested by supervisor.
- Identifies, analyzes, documents, and improves existing business processes. This includes automation, database creation/management and process development activities.
- Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Exhibit exceptional and professional communication, both written and oral
- Professional and courteous demeanor with ability to excel in a team oriented environment
- Advanced ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
- Advanced ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
- Ability to learn and adapt to change
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience
- 4+ years of intermediate data query techniques and report building
- 4+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access
- 2+ years experience with SQL and industry-specific database systems
- 2+ years of report building toolsets such as Crystal Reports, etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Network Operations experience a plus
- Technical expertise regarding data models and database design development.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in sometimes complex data sets
- Programming skills preferred.
Education
- Cable Industry certifications preferred

The base pay for this position generally is between $67,100.00 and $107,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
