JOB SCOPE

The Project Manager Engineering II manages IP Video Control Operations based planning and projects through collaboration with multiple teams within the company.


DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the key stakeholders. 
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of project tasks. 
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying and addressing any potential issues. 
  • Coordinate resources and ensure effective communication between project team members. 
  • Document and track project requirements, action items, and deliverables. 
  • Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing mitigation strategies. 
  • Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and presentations for review with the project and leadership teams. 
  • Support the project team in adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. 
  • Ensure that project documentation is organized and up-to-date. 
  • Foster professional relationships with internal Video Operations teams, business partner organizations, and external vendors.  
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the products, technologies, and services managed by the business unit.  
  • Drive teams to adhere to operational processes established by the various business units and as necessary create new or modify existing process to address gaps. 

BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field. 
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience of prior project management experience  

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing projects in the Software Development Life Cycle  
  • Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall process is a plus). 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet). 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying issues.  

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, or Scrum Master,) is a plus. 
  • Experience working at a MSO, Cable, or Telecom industries in an operations or software development role

The base pay for this position generally is between $75,200.00 and $120,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
