Spectrum Business Resource Groups Create Community

At the core of our company is a strong sense of connection – to our products and services, to our customers and to each other.

With teams working cross-functionally across our 41-state footprint, our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) play an important role in fostering connections and contributing to the success of our business.

Our five BRGs are designed to provide employees with opportunities to learn, grow and share their collective ideas, perspectives and experiences. From networking and mentorship opportunities to education and celebration, our BRGs help to create a supportive environment so that our team members can build long and successful careers here.  

From your first day on the job, you’ll be able to join any of our BRGs to start building your Spectrum network.
