Our e-Commerce team sits at the center of one of our most important transformations: creating faster, smarter, and more intuitive digital experiences for millions of customers.

This is not simply about optimizing online transactions. It’s about reimagining how customers connect with Spectrum in a digital-first world. The team is responsible for shaping digital customer experiences across discovery, shopping and purchase journeys. That includes everything from product strategy and UX design to platform engineering, experimentation, personalization, merchandising and AI-enabled experiences. “We are builders of experiences, so we need to be building for the future while keeping our customers at the center of everything we do,” said Josh Dieg, Group Vice President of eCommerce.
