Spectrum's Internship Program: Where Early Careers Take Shape

Every career starts somewhere and for many students, that first step is an internship. On National Intern Day (July 30) we’re celebrating the 180+ interns who joined us this summer from over 90 colleges and universities nationwide through the Spectrum Summer Internship Program.

This year’s interns brought curiosity, creativity and enthusiasm to the table and have made an impact on our team. Along the way, they developed new skills, learned from experienced mentors and got a firsthand look at what it means to be part of America’s Connectivity Company®. I wanted an internship where professional development, mentorship and networking were part of the experience — and I found that here. I’m building technical skills, gaining real-world experience and becoming more confident in how I show up.
