Spectrum Scholars Program Awarded with Scholarship Provider of the Year Award

Recently, our Spectrum Scholars Program was recognized with the Small Scholarship Provider of the Year award by the National Scholarship Providers Association (NSPA).

The NSPA is a non-profit dedicated to supporting organizations that provide scholarships to strengthen their impact and positively impact recipients. The Scholarship Provider of the Year Award showcases scholarship providers that leverage their unique resources to strengthen college access and success, advance industry or professional performance, kick-start innovation, and improve conditions in their community and beyond.

Accepting the award during the 2025 Annual Membership Meeting was Megan Ludwig, Manager, University Relations Programs.

"This recognition means so much to us – and the incredible students we’ve had the privilege of supporting through our Spectrum Scholars Program over the years."

Since launching the Spectrum Scholars Program in 2020, we’ve awarded over $1.8 million in scholarships to more than 90 students across the country. But our commitment to the next generation of talent goes beyond financial support.

Through mentorship, professional development and the opportunity to join our team as an intern, we’re intentional with our efforts to bridge the gap between potential and purpose for these students.

"I’m incredibly proud of our team, our partners, and the mentors who make this program possible. This recognition validates our shared commitment to creating opportunities for talented students who might otherwise be overlooked. At Spectrum, our goal is not only to invest in their education but to invest in their potential."

Elly Dickerman, Director, Talent Attraction

In December we will welcome our 2025 Scholars to the Stamford campus for our annual Spectrum Scholars Summit. Applications for the 2026 Scholars program will open in January - keep an eye out for more information. In the meantime, visit our University & Early Careers page to learn more about our programs.
