BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As an Administrative Assistant on the Billing Operations and Technology team, you’ll provide administrative and clerical support to management, managing schedules, appointments, travel, and meetings. Your efforts will help keep the department running smoothly.
WHAT OUR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS ENJOY MOST
Preparing, maintaining, and processing confidential information and correspondence including memos, reports, and proposals with high degree of accuracy and timeliness
Copying and distributing correspondence appropriately
Maintaining accurate files and records
Producing moderately complex reports, graphs, and charts
Preparing and coordinating on/off site meetings and events including hotel arrangements, catering, audio/visual needs, etc.
You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative, office environment. You’ll do well in this role if you can work on multiple tasks simultaneously, have excellent interpersonal skills, and can pivot to address needs as they arise.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Administrative/Secretarial work experience: 3 years or more
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business or related field or equivalent work experience desired
Skills: Personal computer and software applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Abilities: Maintain confidentiality of information; prioritize and organize effectively, type with speed and accuracy; knowledge of basic mathematics, general office procedures, and assigned business unit’s policies and practices
