JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing facilities planning, building maintenance, reception and switchboards, mailroom, conference rooms and Employee Services functions.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Manage facilities planning including physical layout and space allocation, office moves, preparation of cost estimates for space allocations, coordination with departments / contractors for reconfiguring space, furniture and equipment.
Manage maintenance of buildings and grounds; ensures all utility systems are fully operational and inspected in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules.
Review and negotiate all bids for service.
Manage administrative services including clerical support, delivery of supplies, printing services and Employee Services program.
Manage mailroom staff, ensuring pick up, delivery and distribution of mail.
Manage reception / switchboard function.
Oversee coordination of conference center maintenance and set up to meet meeting requirements.
Coordinate building security and maintenance services.
Perform other duties as required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience

The base pay for this position generally is between $75,130.00 and $120,010.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
