BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
You manage quick reference guides, user manuals and other resources. You improve department processes through the identification and recommendation of new policies, tools and best practices. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Create new content, articles and pages and edit or modify existing content.
Research, develop and verify the accuracy of content using established review and approval processes.
Ensure knowledge base uptime by troubleshooting issues.
Align content so it is consistent with all Spectrum Business client collateral, training materials, policies, procedures, external websites and work tools.
Produce reports to identify usage trends, knowledge gaps and opportunities.
Analyze knowledge system reports and user feedback to develop recommendations.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: Two or more years of knowledge or content management experience; Three years of communications and web content design experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, a related field or equivalent experience. Technical skills:Experience authoring content in a content or knowledge management software system; Familiar with writing, designing or editing web content using HTML, authoring tools or content creation tools, such as Dreamweaver; Knowledge of broadband products and services; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills: Organizational and English communication skills.
Abilities: Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex concepts or data and develop actionable recommendations.
Preferred qualifications:
One year of telecommunications experience.
Two years of experience with HTML, CSS or Java.
