As the Manager, Business Analysis & Process Engineering, you’ll lead the business analysis and process optimization functions supporting our DevSecOps and application development teams. You’ll be responsible for identifying, modeling, and refining critical business processes, conducting feasibility assessments, and providing agile delivery leadership across multiple internal and offshore teams.
You’ll work hands-on in a small but high-impact group that plays a key role in enabling scalable, cloud-native solutions. This role will also lead the development of a shared business process library using BPMN 2.0 standards and tools such as Camunda and UIPath.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Leading process discovery and reengineering efforts to streamline and modernize software delivery
Driving cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and operations
Conducting feasibility and readiness assessments for cloud-native application delivery
Creating and managing business process models using BPMN 2.0 and process orchestration tools
Facilitating scrum and agile practices across development teams and vendor partners
Translating complex business requirements into executable technical solutions
Mentoring a growing team while still staying engaged in hands-on process work

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
5+ years of Business Analyst experience
Skills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively, handle multiple projects and priorities, and manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment, make decisions and work collaboratively with others to solve problems, and supervise and motivate others
Ability to analyze and interpret data and effectively present information to management
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner and with all levels of management and company personnel
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure, show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties, and quickly identify business problems/opportunities
In-depth knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
2+ years in a leadership role supporting technical delivery teams
Deep knowledge of requirements management, process modeling and agile facilitation
Proficiency with BPMN 2.0; experience with tools like Camunda or UIPath
Experience in large-scale application modernization and cloud native architecture
Familiarity with microservices, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and DevSecOps practices
Background in telecommunications or large enterprise environments
