INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS…
Internship will last 10 weeks. Ending on Friday, August 8, 2025
Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater at time of application
At time of application, you must be enrolled in an educational institution.
You will be in the office 4 days a week. You can work remote 1 day a week.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The intern will have the opportunity to explore aspects of the Spectrum Reach Advertising Operations department with a focus on leadership, communications, project management, general office practices, and personnel management. The intern will also have the opportunity to explore the business fundamentals of a large corporation.
JOB DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS
Exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information skillfully and maintain confidentiality
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Possess a focus on financial obligations to the companies’ clients
Effective time management and project management skills
Willingness to participate in a wide variety of marketing-related projects
Assist management team as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work collaboratively on a team
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Maintain high level of support to internal & external customers
Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels.
Knowledge of general business practices
Ability to work under deadline pressures
Data entry accuracy is essential
Knowledge of Windows applications
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
