Job Summary

At Spectrum, we are seeking an ERP System Supply Chain Analyst who will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by developing and maintaining essential ERP reporting and audit tools. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide systems support for supply chain activities including inventory valuation & management to ensure adequate stocking and issuance of materials
  • Assist with the development, testing and management of ERP applications, boundary systems and tools and assist with the development and distribution of required reports
  • Manage fallout as needed for ERP applications and boundary systems
  • Perform data analysis to identify ERP enhancement and design improvements
  • Assist with training and support to the operational entities on the development and implementation of ERP supply chain processes and practice

Working Conditions

  • Office environment (four days in the office/one day remote)
  • Warehouse environment (less 5%)
  • Exposure to dust, fluctuating indoor temperatures, and periodic high noise levels (less than 5%)

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Experience

  • 2+ years of computer-based inventory control systems
  • 2+ years of ERP processes experience (SAP preferred)
  • 2+ years of reporting analysis tools experience (SQL, Business Objects is preferred)

Skills

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Superior communications skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ERP
  • Knowledge of supply chains
