What our Change Management Support Specialists enjoy most about the role:
Collaborating with stakeholders: Partnering with Change Managers and leaders to build and share change-specific information through email, newsletters, videos, graphics and surveys.
Managing content workflow: Overseeing the development, approval and publication of change messaging to meet internal needs and organizational goals.
Driving audience engagement: Collect, organize, and present change information, driving high content engagement by the reader
Promoting continuous improvement: Developing feedback channels to ensure consistent, timely messages and driving continuous improvement in engagement.
Tracking and reporting engagement: Managing reports and dashboards to track and analyze engagement with change information across various methods.
Working Conditions
Normal office environment: This role is On-site, Charlotte 4 days. 1 Day Hybrid.
Required Qualifications
Education:
BA/BS degree in Communications, Audio/Video Production, Journalism or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
1+ years in Communications, Audio/Video Production, Journalism or News Industry
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Campaign, Canva and Premiere Pro for high-quality content creation.
Basic skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel) for organizational and content management tasks.
Skills & Abilities:
Exceptional written and verbal communication to simplify complex concepts.
Ability to develop communication strategies and track metrics to drive engagement.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong production management and process improvement skills.
Self-motivated with quick learning ability, functioning well as an individual and team leader.
Technical savvy and compelling content creation skills.
Effective collaboration with various business units and leadership.
Integrity, sound judgment and innovative thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in telecommunications and IT-oriented communications.
Knowledge of cable television products and services.
Experience using JIRA.
