JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the management and operational performance of Charter’s Supply Chain in support of the Spectrum Mobile business. Provides direction and leads team responsible for demand/supply planning and retail assortment/replenishment along with supporting ad-hoc Mobile analytics for groups across the organization.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Responsible for planning activities supporting $3B+ annual Mobile budget.
  • Work with Supply Chain Operation leaders and their respective teams to assure continuity of supply in support of Technicians, 3rd party contractors, Home Fulfillment and Retail Stores.
  • Work with Supply Chain Operation leaders and their respective teams to assure continuity of supply in support of Charter’s online and retail Stores.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, Marketing and their respective teams in support of Mobile strategic initiatives and new product introduction.

  • Interact with key business leaders across the organization to understand business needs and develop effective and efficient response plans that involve Mobile devices, tablets, and wearables.

  • Collaborates with Supply Chain teams to develop and implement key business processes and metrics to track/trend the performance of the Mobile supply chain. Implement technology and process improvement solutions that support the core and segmented business and provide efficient, effective solutions.

  • Drives and facilitates the company’s programs related to Mobile Supply Chain.

  • Provides focus, coaching, motivation and encouragement to Supply Chain planning personnel to ensure effective execution of organizational goals, functions and deliverables. Builds capabilities, evaluates performance and resolves personnel issues of direct reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Ability to manage a cross functional and leveraged team, while maintaining high levels of morale and employee engagement

Ability to manage diverse International vendor base across multiple time zones and complex products

Ability to manage $3B+ budget

Ability to manage large, complex transformation programs

Ability to develop and deploy creative / original solutions to complex problems

Demonstrated track record in development and execution of Strategic Supply Chain initiatives, continuous process improvement and network transformation

Effective analytical skills to assess performance and identify areas of opportunity

Effective leadership, communication, presentation, business writing and interpersonal skills

Effective interpersonal and communications skills

Motivated self-starter who is organized, efficient and team-oriented

Broad business knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain systems

Highly motivated and self-directed

Detail oriented individual with ability to handle multiple tasks, work well under pressure, prioritize and handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines


REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration, or Logistics

REQUIRED RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE AND NUMBER OF YEARS

Progressively responsible supply chain experience - 8

Logistics and Distribution experience - 5

Implementation of ERP and Advanced Planning systems experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Education

Master of Business Administration

PREFERRED RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE AND NUMBER OF YEARS

Mobile based knowledge, with OEM or Telecom experience
