BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Manager, Talent Acquisition Sourcing, you will partner with Talent Acquisition leaders across our Sales & Marketing, Business, Field Operations, Community Solutions and Customer Operations channels to address our current and future hiring needs. Your creative juices will be flowing as you drive sourcing strategies within geographies by evaluating market research and historical data to support your team.
WHAT OUR TALENT ACQUISTION MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Providing development, guidance and coaching to Talent Sourcing Partners while celebrating their achievements
Monitoring outreach activities to ensure compliance with EEO, FCC, and OFCCP guidelines.
Acting as a change agent/champion towards new initiatives
Ensuring each Talent Sourcing Partner has the resources and knowledge to be set up for success.
Analyzing sourcing metrics, comparing strategies, and formulating results into a go to market action plan.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Human Resources or Recruiting experience 5+ years
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Technical skills: Can use personal computer and software applications (Microsoft 365, ATS, CRM). Knowledge of broadband products and services. Expert knowledge of recruitment trends, staffing and employment best practices. Knowledge of market compensation trends.
Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can maintain confidentiality of information. Can supervise and motivate others. Can handle multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines. Can make decisions and work collaboratively with others to solve problems. Can prioritize and organize effectively. Can analyze and interpret data. Can effectively present information to management. Can analyze and bubble up efficiency opportunities.
Travel Ability: Office environment
