As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily scanning, linking, and routing of incoming documents (both electronic and non-electronic) into the various payroll queues. In addition, you’ll provide payroll related support for both Corporate and Divisional users and participates in user training and system upgrade testing initiatives as required. WHAT OUR PAYROLL COORDINATORS ENJOY MOST

  • Scanning, linking, and routing payroll documentation using ImageNow
  • Assisting with distribution of Garnishment checks
  • Backing up mail distribution
  • Maintaining processing documentation according to department standards
  • Providing payroll support to Garnishment, Maintenance and Payroll Processing team members when needed
  • Participating in corporate sponsored system training efforts Continuously monitoring daily duties for efficiency

You’ll provide administrative payroll support to the Payroll Processing, Garnishment and Maintenance teams; seldom are two days the same. You’ll deal with data and reporting so you must be resourceful, eager to learn and able to adapt to an ever-evolving work environment and industry. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Data Entry experience 1+ year(s)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.5 of higher desired. Knowledge of ImageNow or other scanning system desired
  • Skills: Communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated data entry experience
  • Abilities: Can read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Travel Abilities: Office environment.
