BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
You gather commercial property details and coordinate efforts to ensure a smooth right of entry and service installation. You serve as an SME through training and assisting teammates. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Consistently facilitate order movement through the workflow within predefined timelines.
Conduct detailed property research to obtain property information and prepare orders.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key partners in the right of entry process to resolve escalations and expedite orders.
Maximize the department by managing order volume and small projects.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: One year of telecommunications industry experience; Four years of experience in finance, business operations or commercial real estate.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Technical skills:Experience with right of entry contracts, certificate of insurance and counter signatures; Knowledge of our cable and fiber network infrastructure, products and services; Familiar with the standard service delivery workflow, processes and procedures; Proficient in client databases and Microsoft Office.
Skills: Organizational, prioritization, planning and English communication skills.
Abilities: Analytical mindsetwith the ability to interpret construction drawings and use satellite earth imaging applications to survey sites.
