BE PART OF THE CONNECTION You are the guiding voice for critical business decisions across the B2B segment. Your role focuses on Master Data Management (MDM) data governance and advance analytics to support key business initiatives. You should apply strong analytical thinking and deep understanding of data structures to solve complex business problems. Your role requires to develop robust SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation and analysis. You leverage your Microstrategy-based BI environment and industry-leading data mining and data visualization tools to assess performances and segments across the organization. You define infiltration rates, churn and survival rates, tier mix and sell-in and average revenue per client. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Report and analyze client and product performance metrics of the B2B segment.
Measure the performance of sales channels, including tracking KPIs related to channel effectiveness and quality.
Adjust product courses towards success by assisting with the development of intra-month net gain projections for client and product activities.
Create and maintain reporting and analysis of client and product growth performances by business segment, market and competitive areas.
Measure and track performances using sophisticated analytic approaches and techniques to estimate sales yield.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications
Experience: Eight years of experience working within marketing, sales, business intelligence or a strategic planning function of a large organization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, statistics or economics.
Technical skills: Expert in marketing and sales channel principles, techniques and processes; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills: Organizational and interpersonal English communication skills.
Abilities: Aptitude for analyzing business trends and performance measurements and the ability to distribute regular reports.
Preferred qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field.
Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and Alteryx.
Proficient with Think Cell and Tableau.
Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and practices.
Strong data analysis capabilities and understanding of data structures.
