Credit Services Specialist (Customer Service) (CCO155)

As a Customer Service Credit Services Specialist, your focus is supporting internal and external customers with Credit Services matters utilizing various communication media. You’llwork to resolve issues and establish positive relationships with customers. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Related field: 1 year, Collections or customer service: 2 years, Resolving difficult and escalated issues: 2 years
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of electronic order entry systems
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
  • Schedule: Some travel required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to solve practical problems with a variety of variables 
  • Effective multitasking and decision making in a fast-paced environment 
  • Skill to present information to technical and nontechnical audiences
