As a Customer Service Billing Chat Agent, you will work from one of our call center locations where you will respond to customer inquiries related to billing, service outages and more, using research to provide efficient issue resolution, managing up to three chat sessions simultaneously.

We provide a comprehensive training program to help you become a subject matter expert on our products and services while you create positive experiences for our customers and achieve your financial goals. While six months of customer service experience is preferred, as a member of our team, you’ll have the tools and resources needed to build a long and successful career with us.

As a professional Billing Chat Agent in our Customer Operations business unit, you will use your computer, written communication skills, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills to nurture and grow trusting customer relationships with every interaction. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ year previous customer service experience; experience in cable or telecommunications call centers
  • Technical Skills: MS Office and personal computer skills
  • Skills: Communication, dependability, multi-tasking, typing, customer service
  • Abilities: Problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, resilient
