In this customer-facing, individual contributor role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Spectrum products and services, including Spectrum Internet, Mobile, streaming and linear Video, and Voice.

Assist customers with inquiries related to Spectrum products and services, account management, billing, technical support, etc.
Educate current and prospective customers about our products and services and identify opportunities to generate new sales or upgrade their packages
Manage operational tasks like processing payments and managing inventory
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales environment and with store opening and closing activities
Your Schedule
Full-time employees must be available to work any schedule during store operating hours, and part-time employees are scheduled for 20-29 hours per week that will vary weekly and will include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills & Abilities
Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
