As a Customer Service Billing Representative, you will work from one of our call center locations where you will respond to customer inquiries related to billing, service outages and more using research to provide efficient resolution.

We provide a comprehensive training program to help you become a subject matter expert on our products and services while you create positive experiences for our customers and achieve your financial goals. While six months of customer service experience is preferred, as a member of our team, you’ll have the tools and resources needed to build a long and successful career with us.

As a Customer Service Representative for Spectrum Business, you’ll manage customer billing inquiries, process payments and establish positive relationships through every interaction. Your commitment to service will shape customer loyalty and strengthen Spectrum’s reputation for excellence.

  • Address customer billing questions and efficiently process payments 
  • Present and discuss Spectrum products and services to meet customer needs 
  • Interact professionally to represent Spectrum’s commitment to quality

  • Remain knowledgeable about Spectrum services to provide informed assistance 
  • Accurately document customer account records

Required Qualifications 

Education 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

Experience

  • Experience providing core basic customer service to external customers 

Skills

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English 

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience

  • 6+ months customer service or related experience 
  • 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience  
  • 6+ months working with computers and software applications 
  • Experience in cable operations or telecommunications call center 

Skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, applications, and tools simultaneously while handling calls and maintaining a high standard of customer service
