TITLE: Sr Project Manager LOCATION: Maryland Heights, MO
JOB SUMMARY: Provide project management for multiple workstreams and communication campaigns. Maintain project schedules to ensure changes are evaluated, timing is monitored, and expected communications are enabled. Conduct daily team meetings to determine emerging issues and concerns as well as consistent alignment of team direction. Facilitate actions to fix any blocker or issues that jeopardize the completion of tasks needed for enabling communications. Work with internal customers to determine new requests for communications. Maintain Jira boards to track the assignments for all team members and ensure progress. Maintain critical documentation in Chalk to construct the paths for communication to be triggered and delivered correctly and timely. Drive results of developing, modifying, system enhancements, testing and implementations of solutions critical to customer communication. Develop reports based on specific business requirements and UCC alignment meetings to continually improve our processes. Hybrid office and remote arrangement is available.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (any) or a related field; Prior completion of Scrum Master certification required. 5 years of experience using Agile ceremonies to support projects. 4 years of experience of project management with multiple individual parallel campaigns. 2 years of experience using Jira to support projects. 1 year of experience using Chalk to store documentation. Hybrid office and remote arrangement is available.
