JOB SUMMARY
The Advanced Advertising Account Manager is a strategic partner in providing support to the Enterprise Advanced TV Sales Team. This position will efficiently act as a key partner to Sales, our customers, and various cross-functional teams. This role will drive strategy, planning, account management and customer stewardship for a portfolio of national brands across our direct-sold and programmatic business.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Account list will consist of national brands, represented by major holding companies and agencies in coordination with industry partners.
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience for our advanced TV deals.
Partner with Sales to understand client KPIs/ROIs and work with multiple cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and build effective proposals.
Utilize Spectrum’s data assets and other research metrics to develop proposals for clients including but not limited to targeting and measurement recommendations.
Serve as a subject matter expert in the field of advanced advertising internally and for our customers across direct-sold and programmatic.
Understand key performance metrics surrounding multi-screen campaigns to help maximize inventory usage, ensure proposal delivery and identify upsell opportunities.
Drive advanced advertising strategy and revenue through partnering with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing Research, Audience Analytics, Yield & Inventory, Product Data Insights, Data Sales & Reporting, Finance and Traffic/AdOps.
Manage client relationships and act as point of contact for any client questions in partnership with Sales and Account Specialist.
Stay ahead of the curve on marketplace trends relating to their clients as well as the advanced advertising industry.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Expertise in the advanced advertising space and knowledge of media terms/media math
Ability to decipher between client needs, for example, ‘branding’ campaigns VS ‘call to action’
Understanding of relevant metrics when measuring campaign pr
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent problem solver with expertise in leveraging cross-functional resources
Previous experience supporting a team of Sales, Advertising, or Marketing professionals is preferred
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications with overarching skill to translate data and information, prioritize workload, and work against demanding deadlines
Experience in computer software including MS Office and spreadsheets
Collaborative mindset, ready to work with multiple cross-functional departments
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience across direct-sold and programmatic
Experience with CRM platforms and Ad Serving software

The base pay for this position generally is between $74,000.00 and $84,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
