What our Senior Account Executive Enjoy Most About the Role
Actively supporting efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Placing orders through order management software, ensuring all administrative work is accurate and timely, and focusing on sales by handing off non-sales inquiries to Customer Service.
Having a complete understanding of Spectrum Business coax services, rates, and applicable taxes.
Demonstrating and practicing selling skills, mentoring Account Executives, and continuously learning and implementing new sales techniques.
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, using Salesforce.com, and meeting and exceeding performance standards as defined by the department.
Working Conditions
Office and/or outside environment with exposure to inclement weather and moderate noise levels.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals
Skills & Abilities:
Strong desire for growth within the company and to help build the strength of the Spectrum Business team
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and to work independently and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of outside sales experience in a high transaction, short closing cycle model
1+ years of experience as an Account Executive at Charter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Business-to-business sales experience

The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and $94,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $64,800.
