BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
A Lead Business Systems Analyst on the Fraud Protection Team, plays a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing systems to prevent, detect and manage fraud within the organization. Using your knowledge of fraud detection platforms (e.g., ThreatMetrix), common attack vectors (i.e. phishing, SIM swap) and authentication protocols, you will design and develop new systems or new ways to use existing systems to accomplish business objectives.
WHAT OUR LEAD BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
Provide deep subject matter expertise in fraud detection and digital identity/authentication
Develop rules, alerts or models to detect high-risk login or authentication behavior
Analyze fraud trends across channels (web, mobile app, IVR, customer service, etc.) and recommend authentication enhancement to balance fraud prevention and user experience
Lead investigation of sophisticated fraud patterns and develop advanced fraud detection logic, risk rules and anomaly models
Collaborate with cybersecurity, product and technology team to strengthen authentication flows
Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
In this role you’ll be working on assignments that are broad in nature and often require originality and ingenuity. If you’re a creative problem-solver who can lead cross-functional teams to address identified fraud issues, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of experience with business systems
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience
Skills: Expert knowledge in business systems
Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in SQL, Python and MicroStrategy or related software solutions.
Abilities: Plan, prioritize, and organize effectively; quickly identify business problems and provide solutions; analyze and interpret data; communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Working conditions: Office environment
