What our Senior Director, Regional Small Business Sales Enjoy Most About the Role
Actively supporting efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Developing and executing strategic territory sales plans to achieve targeted market share and revenue growth.
Managing, coaching, and motivating teams of Sales Managers, Account Executives, and Sales Directors to achieve team objectives.
Conducting territory analysis and sales forecasting, ensuring effective funnel management to meet regional sales goals.
Producing revenue forecasts, monitoring key sales performance indicators, and preparing strategies for performance improvement.
Working Conditions
This position involves an office environment with a minimum of 30% travel. Driving is required, and candidates must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and a safe driving record.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience:
10 years in field sales management in a high-transaction, fast-paced, quota-driven B2B environment (telecommunications, wireless, or cable)
Proven success in a leadership role selling B2B
Proven success in managing P&L and understanding financial statements
Technical Skills:
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Strong ability to manage multiple projects through difficulties
Skills & Abilities:
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Excellent communication and public speaking
Ability to lead and guide decision-making in business solutions
High ethical standards and integrity
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction

The base pay for this position generally is between $138,800.00 and $246,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
