As an Operations Analyst II, your focus is gathering data from various systems and sources to perform financial analysis, trending, forecasting, and business impact. You’ll review data, programs, and initiatives that support the Company´s commitment to customer satisfaction and revenue growth. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting each other as well as Spectrum!
WHAT OUR OPERATIONS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
Analyzing, trending, and communicating key performance indicators and business initiatives
Recommending process improvement and strategic business decision making
Investigating root cause analysis of complex nature
Collaborating with various call centers and cross-functional departments
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Quantitative Analysis: 2 years
Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Statistics, Math, Economics, related field, or equivalent experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and report creation
Skills: Ability to prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively
Schedule: Some travel required
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to solve problems while working under pressure
Knowledge of general accounting and billing procedures
